*2024 High School Booster Fundraiser fee will total $400.
*2024 Middle School Booster Fundraiser fee will be $200.
**Multiple players in a family will receive a discount (TBD).

*I understand that my Family Membership booster fundraising
participation entitles me to voting privileges at monthly Booster Club Meetings. 
It also allows my player to receive the benefits the Boosters provide.
Plus, the inclusion of the family name will be listed as a Bethel Park Booster Club Member.
